TRS Telephone Counseling Sessions

Receive answers to any questions regarding your individual TRS record in your own home or in your school at no cost to you.
No need to travel to an appointment, TRS pays for the call.

Conference calls scheduled between 9:00am - 5:45pm

To arrange a 15-minute telephone conference with a TRS counselor:

Obtain Telephone Conference Request from your building/district office.
Submit to Lee/Ogle Regional Office of Education by mail or fax no later than February 4, 2010.
ROE will notify you of scheduled appointment time. We do our best to accommodate your requested time; however, appointments are made first-come-first served.
TRS will mail information packet to you prior to the conference.
TRS counselor will call you at your scheduled time.
Have your information packet with you when the counselor calls.
